Shipping policy

Our shipping "philosophy" Shipping is FREE worldwide.

Our primary shipping service is Australia Post. It is a "ground" service that can take 5-10 business days to parts of Australia from our headquarters in Truganina, Victoria.

If an order from our headquarters is placed before 2 pm then we will make every effort to have it packed and ready to go to Australia Post on that day.  If it is placed after 2 pm we will ensure your order is packed and ready to go on the next business day. Unless it is a Siva Afi product which has 7 days for production.

Additionally, please note that the delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

Print on Demand Orders

Please read product description carefully.  Some products ship from Australia and others from the USA.  This will impact the shipping times.  Expect an additional 3 - 6 days for production in off-peak times and 9-12 days for production during peak times on top of shipping times.

Digital Orders

Digital orders are delivered directly once order is received.  It is important that you leave an email address as this is how you will receive your product.
