Adult Samoan 1A is an 8-week online course designed for beginners who are ready to confidently start speaking Samoan in a supportive, culturally grounded space. Whether you’ve grown up around the language or you’re starting from scratch, this course meets you where you are—and walks with you step by step.

You won’t just be learning words—you’ll be learning how to belong.

Each week, you’ll join a live online class led by native Samoan-speaking teachers who bring the language to life through real conversations, correct pronunciation, and cultural context you simply can’t get from an app. This is your chance to learn the why behind the words, not just the words themselves.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll build a strong foundation:

• Learn correct pronunciation and the Samoan alphabet

• Practice everyday greetings and respectful ways of speaking

• Understand how to use “this, that, these, those” in real conversations

• Get clear on simple sentence structure and key language rules

• Grow your confidence speaking in a safe, encouraging environment

• Reinforce everything with guided revision

This course is perfect for anyone aged 13+ who wants to reconnect with their culture, communicate with family, or simply feel more confident identifying as Samoan.

Classes begin week starting April 20th. Each class will only be confirmed if there are at least 6 people max 10. If your choice does not have enough participants we will email you and offer another day/time or a refund.
